Monday – in Northern Ireland on Ministerial Business which included the
Launch of the Consultation on the New Community Safety Strategy
Tuesday – in Northern Ireland on Ministerial Business which included the Launch of Retail Crime Watch in Londonderry, back for evening votes in the House of Commons
Wednesday – in House of Commons for Parliamentary Business, also attended meetings concerning northern regional airports and the airport industry.
Thursday – in Northern Ireland on Ministerial Business, back late evening to Manchester
Friday – in Wythenshawe and Sale East for Constituency Business.
Met representatives from Post Office Ltd with local councillors at Sale Waterside to discuss improvements to Sale town centre post office – following the closure of Northenden Road post office – also made representations over the future of post offices in Woodhouse Park, it is important post offices are kept open and that improvements are made for local customers.
Met Chief Superintendent Dave Anthony for an update on policing issues in Wythenshawe.
Met Sir Howard Bernstein, Chief Executive of Manchester City Council, at Manchester Town Hall to discuss various issues and developments in Wythenshawe.
Met Cameron Dante from local organisation Talent2Trade.
