 Monday – in Northern Ireland on Ministerial Business.
Tuesday – in Northern Ireland on Ministerial Business which included a meeting with the Policing Board to discuss the policing budget. Back for evening votes in the House of Commons.
Wednesday – in House of Commons for Parliamentary Business, including Prime Minister’s Questions. Met with representatives of FC United for lunch.
Met Andy Burnham, the Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport, with Ann Coffey MP to discuss Lacrosse.
Attended Remploy Parliamentary Reception with Jonathan Shaw MP, Minister for Disabled People.
Thursday – following prorogation of Parliament, travelled back to Wythenshawe and Sale East for Constituency Business. Attended Lord Mayor’s Reception at Manchester Town Hall.
Friday – in Wythenshawe and Sale East for Constituency Business.
Visited the Airport Hotel on the Ringway to discuss licensing and other matters with a local business.
Held discussion with representatives of GMCVO.
Met with Joe Doherty, Chief Executive of Willow Park Housing Trust, for an update.
Held constituency advice surgery at Manchester College, Northern Moor, for local residents.
Saturday – attended service at the Menorah Synagogue.
Sunday – in Manchester.
